Senior Year Spring Musical Medley: Presenta cinco versiones alternas de otras canciones. Así Last Chance (canción interpretada por todo el elenco, pero no integra la película) es interpretada en el Senior Year Spring Musical Medley por Ryan (Lucas Grabeel) y Kelsy (Olesya Rulin). Luego el elenco canta una versión alterna y corta de Now or Never. I Want It All es cantada sólo por Ryan (Lucas Grabeel) en esta versión. Luego Sharpay (Ashley Tisdale), Jimmie (Matt Prokop), Troy (Zac Efron) y Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens)interpretan I Just Wanna Be With You. Por último, Tiara (Jemma McKenzie-Brown) interpretan A Night To Remember.
